In professional documents, mistakes in grammar, punctuation, and usage not only can distract and confuse your readers, but also can undercut your credibility. This tutorial is intended to help you avoid the most common and egregious of these errors in engineering and science. A second benefit of this course is to improve your critiques for the writings of others. Yet a third benefit is to help you better understand the writing styles of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
